Luxury Extension

This luxury extension was constructed for a client in the greater Sydney area. It features an addition of custom-built Library, a personally-designed and built Bar, a Sunroom featuring a real sandstone façade, a large Alfresco area, and a large swimming pool.

Library

This cabinetry was custom designed to meet the client’s needs for a functional yet beautiful library, featuring a black marble-topped bench and antique styled fittings.

Bar Room

Continuing the modern antique concept, we designed a custom-built bar in close consultation with the client that featured the client’s much-loved memorabilia and whilst also making the most of the exceptional views the windows provided. The black marble counter-top adds to the luxurious look of the one-of-a-kind bar whilst the addition of two wine fridges and simple sink make the room the perfect place to celebrate.

Featuring a real sandstone façade, the addition of the sunroom complements the existing residence and enhances the modern chateau style.

Alfresco Area

The Alfresco area is the perfect outside entertaining venue, featuring a fully functional modern kitchen that has a pizza oven, dual barbeque and island bench grill, a large fridge, as well as multiple storage areas for wine and other items. In addition to the cooking area, there is a dining area and huge sandstone fireplace that provides the perfect centrepiece for any night under the stars.

The pool features a marine blue shell and extensive Mediterranean tiling that is framed by beautiful landscaping and a simple yet elegant style of fencing  that met all official requirements.
